Section 1501(d)(1) of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 7 U.S.C. 9081(d)(1) ) is amended— by inserting (including dairy cattle) after producers of livestock ; and by inserting and highly pathogenic avian influenza after cattle tick fever .
