Title VI of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1121 et seq. ), as amended by this Act, is further amended— by striking sections 609 (as redesignated under section 3(2) of this Act) and 614; and by adding at the end the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this title such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2025 and each of the 5 succeeding fiscal years. .
