Section 1818(a)(3)(B) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395i–2(a)(3)(B) ) is amended by striking an alien and all that follows through under this section and inserting an individual who is lawfully present in the United States . Section 1836(a)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395o(a)(2)(B) ) is amended by striking an alien and all that follows through under this part and inserting an individual who is lawfully present in the United States .
