Section 18 of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1769 ) is amended— in paragraph
(5)of subsection
(c)(as redesignated by section 10322(a)(2)(B)(i)(III)), by striking subparagraph
(B)and inserting the following: serve a high proportion of economically disadvantaged students (as identified under a measure described in section 1113(a)(5) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6313(a)(5) )); ; and in paragraph (1)(A)(ii) of subsection
(d)(as redesignated by section 10322(a)(2)(B)(i)(V)), by striking eligible for free or reduced price meals under this Act and inserting economically disadvantaged students (as identified under a measure described in section 1113(a)(5) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( . 20 U.S.C. 6313(a)(5) ))
