Amounts made available under the heading Federal-State Partnership for Intercity Passenger Rail Grants in title VIII of division J of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ( Public Law 117–58 ) shall not be available for activities authorized under section 24911(g) of title 49, United States Code. Amounts repurposed pursuant to subsection
(a)shall continue to be treated as amounts specified in section 103(b) of division A of Public Law 118–5 .
