None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, apply, enforce, or carry out the Attorney General’s October 4, 2021, memorandum entitled Partnership Among Federal, State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial Law Enforcement to Address Threats Against School Administrators, Board Members, Teachers, and Staff.
