Section 8206(b)(2)(C)(ii) of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 16 U.S.C. 2113a ) is amended by striking “2024” and inserting “2025”. Notwithstanding the amendment made by subsection (a), the authorities provided by title III of the America’s Wildlife Habitat Conservation Act (as enacted by section 455 of this Act), and the terms and conditions of such Act, shall apply to the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.
