The provisions of the following bills of the 118th Congress are hereby enacted into law: H.R. 548 (Eastern Band of Cherokee Historic Lands Reacquisition Act), as passed by the House of Representatives on February 6, 2023. Title III of H.R. 7408 (America’s Wildlife Habitat Conservation Act) as ordered to be reported on April 16, 2024, by the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives. In publishing this Act in slip form and in the United States Statutes at large pursuant to section 112 of title 1, United States Code, the Archivist of the United States shall include after the date of approval at the end an appendix setting forth the text of the sections of the bills referred to in subsection (a).
