Section 146(a)(3) of the National and Community Service Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 12602(a)(3) ) is amended by inserting before the period at the end the following: , or is an individual granted deferred action pursuant to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals policy announced by the Secretary of Homeland Security on June 15, 2012 (without regard to the limitations imposed under subtitle A of title IV of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 ( . 8 U.S.C. 1611 et seq. ))
