Section 203 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 ( 33 U.S.C. 2269 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking the term and inserting Indian tribe has the meaning given the term the terms ; Indian tribe and Indian Tribe have the meanings given the terms in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1)(B)— by striking or in proximity and inserting , in proximity ; and by inserting , or in proximity to a river system or other aquatic habitat with respect to which an Indian Tribe has Tribal treaty rights after Alaska Native villages ; in paragraph (2)(A), by striking flood hurricane and storm damage reduction, including erosion control, and inserting flood or hurricane and storm damage reduction, including erosion control and stormwater management (including management of stormwater that flows at a rate of less than 800 cubic feet per second for the 10-percent flood), ; and in paragraph (4), by striking $26,000,000 each place it appears and inserting $28,500,000 ; and by striking subsection (e).
