Section 1001(a) of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 2282c(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking of initiation and inserting on which the Secretary determines the Federal interest for purposes of the report pursuant to section 905(b) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( ; and 33 U.S.C. 2282(b) ) in paragraph (2)— by striking cost of $3,000,000; and and inserting the following: cost of— $3,000,000 for a project with an estimated construction cost of less than $500,000,000; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $5,000,000 for a project with an estimated construction cost of greater than or equal to $500,000,000; and .
Section 905(b)(2)(B) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2282(b)(2)(B) ) is amended by striking $200,000 and inserting $300,000 . Section 905(b)(4) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2282(b)(4) ) is amended by striking and all that follows through
