The project for navigation, Matagorda Ship Channel, Port Lavaca, Texas, authorized by section 101 of the River and Harbor Act of 1958 (72 Stat. 298), is modified to authorize the Secretary to carry out the repairs for the Matagorda Ship Channel Jetty Deficiency, as described in the report titled Matagorda Ship Channel Project Deficiency Report and published by the Secretary in the June 2020 Matagorda Ship Channel Project Deficiency Report. The non-Federal share of the cost of the repairs carried out pursuant to subsection
(a)shall be 10 percent.
