Subsection (b)(1) of section 1006 of title 5, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (C), by striking the word or at the end; in subparagraph (D), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: whether the committee is in compliance with the Dismantle DEI Act of 2024 . . Section 1006 of title 5, United States Code, is further amended by adding at the end the following: The Administrator shall— prescribe administrative guidelines and management controls applicable to advisory committees to enforce the requirements of the Dismantle DEI Act of 2024 ; and ensure that the Committee Management Secretariat complies with and enforces the requirements of the Dismantle DEI Act of 2024 . .
Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall ensure that all rules, regulations, policies, guidance, guidelines, management controls, governing documents, practices, requirements, training, education, coursework, or similar devices are revised to the extent that they are inconsistent with this Act.
