The Office of Legal Counsel shall publish a complete list of final OLC opinions, arranged chronologically, within 90 days of the date of the enactment of this Act. The list of opinions shall be updated immediately every time an OLC opinion becomes final, and a revision to an opinion shall be listed as if it were a new opinion. Each list under subsection
(a)shall comply with the following: The list must be made available to the public by publication on the website under section 614. The list shall— include, for each opinion— the full name of the opinion; the date it was finalized or revised; each author’s name; each recipient’s name; a summary of the opinion; a unique identifier assigned to each final or revised opinion; and whether an opinion has been withdrawn; and be published in both human-readable and machine-readable formats.
