Section 1723(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ; 133 Stat. 1811) is amended— by striking May 1 2020 and inserting December 31, 2024 ; and by striking 2022 and inserting December 31, 2027 .
