Section 604(a)(2) of the Healthy Forests Restoration Act of 2003 ( 16 U.S.C. 6591c(c) ) is amended to read as follows: The term Director means the Director of the Bureau of Land Management with respect to Bureau of Land Management lands and the Director of the National Park Service with respect to lands within Kings Canyon National Park, Sequoia National Park, and Yosemite National Park. . Section 604(c) of the Healthy Forests Restoration Act of 2003 ( 16 U.S.C. 6591c(c) ) is further amended by adding at the end the following: Promoting the health and resiliency of giant sequoias. .
