Section 6 of the Research Facilities Act ( 7 U.S.C. 390d ) is amended— in the section heading by striking and inserting Authorization of appropriations ; and Funding in subsection (a)— by striking and inserting the following: Subject to
(a)In general.— Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall make available to carry out the competitive grant program under section 4, $2,500,000,000 for fiscal year 2025, to remain available until expended. Subject to ; and in paragraph (2), as so designated, by striking 2023 and inserting 2029 .
