Section 1680 of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 ( 7 U.S.C. 5933 ) is amended— in the section heading, by striking and inserting Assistive technology program for farmers with disabilities ; Thinkdifferently national agrability project in subsection (a)(3)— in subparagraph (D), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: provide education and support to youth and young adults with disabilities interested in farming and farm-related occupations. ; and in subsection (c)— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting Authorization of Appropriations ;
Funding by redesignating paragraphs
(1)and
(2)as paragraphs
(2)and (3), respectively; and by inserting before paragraph (2), as so redesignated, the following: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section $8,000,000, to remain available until expended. ; in paragraph (2), as so redesignated— in the paragraph heading, by striking and inserting In general ; Authorization of appropriations by striking Subject to paragraph
(2)and inserting Subject to paragraph
(3); and in subparagraph (B), by striking 2023 and inserting 2029 ; and by amending paragraph (3), as so redesignated, to read as follows: Not more than 15 percent of the amounts made available under this subsection shall be used to carry out subsection (b). .
