Section 11(d) of the Food and Nutrition Act ( 7 U.S.C. 2020(d) ) is amended by inserting after the 1st sentence the following: The Secretary shall maintain a publicly available database of the parts of each State agency approved plan of operation in accordance with criteria established by the Secretary not later than 180 days after the enactment of the Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2024. .
