Section 5(d) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2014(d) ) is amended— in paragraph (7)— by striking a child who is , and by striking 17 and inserting 21 , and in paragraph
(18)by striking and at the end, in paragraph
(19)by striking the period at the end and by inserting ; and , and by adding at the end the following: Any payment, income, allowance, or earnings made to household members derived from— any program defined in section 6(o)(1), except any earnings made to a household member derived from any program established under the Post-9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Improvements Act of 2010 or the Harry W. Colmery Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2017; any program established under section 6(d)(4), any vocational rehabilitation program established as defined in the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; or any refugee employment program established under section 412(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. . Section 5 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2014 ) is amended by striking subsection (l). Section 5(g) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2014(g) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall exclude from financial resources under this subsection the value of any earnings made to household members derived from— any program defined in section 6(o)(1), except any earnings derived from any program established under the Post-9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Improvements Act of 2010 or the Harry W. Colmery Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2017; any program established under section 6(d)(4) and any vocational rehabilitation program established as defined in the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; or any refugee employment program established under section 412(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. .
