Section 1241(a) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3841(a) ) is amended— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking 2031 and inserting 2029 ; in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (A), by striking 2019 through 2023 to provide payments under section 1234(c) and inserting 2025 through 2029 to provide payments under section 1234(c)(3) ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking 2019 through 2023 and inserting 2025 through 2029 ; in paragraph (2), by striking subparagraphs
(A)through
(F)and inserting the following: $600,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $625,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $650,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; $675,000,000 for fiscal year 2028; and $700,000,000 for fiscal year 2029. ; in paragraph (3)— in subparagraph (A), by striking clauses
(i)through
(v)and inserting the following: $2,400,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $2,600,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $2,800,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; $3,100,000,000 for fiscal year 2028; and $3,120,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; and ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking clauses

Section 1241(b) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3841(b) ) is amended by striking 2031 and inserting 2029 . Section 1241(e)(1) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3841(e)(1) ) is amended by striking subtitle I and inserting subtitle J . Section 1241(f) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3841(f) ) is amended— in paragraph (6)(A)(ii), by inserting of before any terms ; in paragraph (8), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking 2031 and inserting 2029 ; and in paragraph (9)— by amending subparagraph
(A)to read as follows: subtitle D (except for subchapter B of chapter 1 of such subtitle), subtitle H, subtitle I, or subtitle J; ; in subparagraph (B), by striking the semicolon and inserting ; or ; and by striking subparagraph (C). Section 1241(h) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3841(h) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)(B)— in the heading, by striking and inserting 2031 ; and 2029 in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking 2031 and inserting 2029 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking 2031 and inserting 2029 . Section 1241(i) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3841(i) ) is amended— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking 2019 through 2023 and inserting 2024 through 2029 ; and in paragraph (2)(A), by striking section 1265B(b)(2)(B)(ii) and inserting section 1265B(b)(2)(A)(iii) .
