Section 1240O(b) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3839bb–2(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking 2023 and inserting 2029 ; and in paragraph (3)— in subparagraph (A), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: of the funds made available under section 1241(a)(3)(A), $1,000,000 beginning in fiscal year 2025, to remain available until expended. .
