Section 10409A(b)(2) of the Animal Health Protection Act ( 7 U.S.C. 8308A(b)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (F)— by striking including training additional emergency response personnel. and inserting the following: including— training additional emergency response personnel; and ; and by adding at the end the following: improving animal disease traceability. ; and in subparagraph (I), by inserting before the period at the end the following: , including activities approved by the Secretary as of the date of the enactment of the . Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2024 Section 10409A(d)(1) of the Animal Health Protection Act ( 7 U.S.C. 8308a(d)(1) ) is amended— by amending subparagraph
(A)to read as follows: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall make available to carry out this section $233,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029, of which— not less than $10,000,000 shall be made available for each such fiscal year to carry out subsection (a); not less than $70,000,000 shall be made available for each such fiscal year to carry out subsection (b); and not less than $153,000,000 shall be made available for each such fiscal year to carry out subsection (c). ; and in subparagraph (B)— by striking $30,000,000 for fiscal year 2023 and inserting $75,000,000 for fiscal year 2025 ; and by striking $18,000,000 and inserting $45,000,000 . . Section 10409A(d)(2)(A) of the Animal Health Protection Act ( 7 U.S.C. 8308a(d)(2)(A) ) is amended— by striking $30,000,000 and inserting $45,000,000 ; and by striking 2019 through 2023 and inserting 2025 through 2029 . Section 10409A(d)(2)(B) of the Animal Health Protection Act ( 7 U.S.C. 8308a(d)(2)(B) ) is amended by striking 2019 through 2023 and inserting 2025 through 2029 . Section 10409A(e)(1) of the Animal Health Protection Act ( 7 U.S.C. 8308a(e)(1) ) is amended by striking 2019 through 2023 and inserting 2025 through 2029 .
