In this Act, the term covered defense articles and defense services means those defense articles and defense services that are provided under any of the following authorities: Section 3 of the Arms Export Control Act ( 22 U.S.C. 2753 ). Section 36 of the Arms Export Control Act ( 22 U.S.C. 2776 ). Section 506 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 ( 22 U.S.C. 2318 ). Section 614 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 ( 22 U.S.C. 2364 ).
