Sec. 505. Authorization of appropriations

There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this Act, $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2030. From the amount made available under subsection
(a)for each fiscal year, the Secretary shall reserve not more than 5 percent for administration of this Act, including carrying out the activities required in sections 501 through 504.
