An eligible entity that receives a grant under this title shall use the grant funds for implementing an education program to enhance the awareness of alternatives to guardianship for court workers or other court-related personnel and ensuring that the education program meets the requirements of section 104(a)(2). The eligible entity may use the grant funds to carry out the activities described in section 104(b), for the education program.
