The Secretary shall make grants, on a competitive basis, to eligible entities in States, and to eligible entities that serve Indian Tribes, to enable the recipients to carry out guardianship alternatives education programs for court workers and other court-related personnel. The Secretary may make such a grant for a first term of 3 years. An eligible entity may seek renewal of, and the Secretary may make, such a grant for a second term of 3 years, in order to expand service delivery of the education program to court workers and other court-related personnel.
