Section 401(a)(1)(A) of the Additional Ukraine Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2022 ( Public Law 117–128 ) is amended by striking September 30, 2023 and inserting September 30, 2024 : That such amount is designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
