Sec. 1832. TRICARE program: waiver of referral requirement under TRICARE Prime for certain care in a military medical treatment facility

Section 1095f(a)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by inserting before
(A)The Secretary ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: The Secretary shall waive the referral requirement in paragraph
(1)in the case of a member of the armed forces serving on active duty who seeks to obtain any of the following kinds of care in a military medical treatment facility: Physical therapy. Nutritional. Audiological. Optometric. Podiatric. Primary and preventive health care services for women (as such term is defined in section 1074d of this title). .
