Section 1555 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 ( Public Law 118–31 ; 137 Stat. 581; 10 U.S.C. 503 note) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking does not and all that follows and inserting the following: does not— rate or rank news or information sources for the factual accuracy of their content; provide ratings or opinions on news or information sources regarding misinformation, bias, adherence to journalistic standards, or ethics; or acquire or use any service that provides any ratings, rankings, or opinions described in paragraph
(1)or
(2)from any other individual or entity. ; and by striking subsection (c).
