Section 1212 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( 10 U.S.C. 311 note) is amended— in subsection (b), by striking December 31, 2025 and inserting December 31, 2027 ; in subsection (d), by striking 2025 and inserting 2027 ; and in subsection (f), by striking 2025 and inserting 2027 .
