Sec. 821. Addition of domestically produced stainless steel flatware to the requirement to buy certain articles from American sources

Section 4862(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by inserting after paragraph
(2)the following new paragraph: Stainless steel flatware. ; and by redesignating paragraph
(5)as paragraph (4). The amendment made by paragraph
(1)shall take effect on October 1, 2025.
