The Secretary concerned may designate the assignment of a member of the Armed Forces to Creech Air Force Base, Nevada, or Naval Air Station Fallon, Nevada, as an assignment that makes the member eligible for assignment incentive pay under section 307a of title 37, United States Code. In this section, the term Secretary concerned has the meaning given that term in section 101 of title 37, United States Code.
