Sec. 599. Report on National Guard sexual assault and response prevention training

The Chief of the National Guard Bureau shall submit a report to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives containing the number of national guard members, aggregated by State, that received sexual assault and response prevention training in the preceding calendar year— not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act; and annually, beginning in 2026, by not later than March 30 of each year.
