The Secretary of Defense shall provide to Congress a briefing on any instance of an attempted breach of a military installation under the jurisdiction of the Department of Defense during the period beginning on January 1, 2021, and ending on the date of the provision of such briefing. Each briefing under subsection shall include, with respect to each perpetrator of an attempted breach described in such subsection, a statement of the applicable immigration status and citizenship status.
