Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 201 for research, development, test and evaluation, Navy, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4201, for advanced component development and prototypes, surface and shallow water mine countermeasures, line 035 (PE 0603502N), is hereby increased by $9,000,000. Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 201 for research, development, test and evaluation, Navy, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4201, for advanced component development and prototypes, chalk coral, line 063 (PE 0603734N), is hereby reduced by $9,000,000.
