Section 503 of chapter 25 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The development of a capability for modeling and simulating multi-domain joint electromagnetic spectrum operations to— assess the ability of the joint force to conduct such operations in support of the operational plans of the combatant commands; and inform improvements to such operations. .
