Sec. 1238. Report on training of Ukrainian armed forces

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees an unclassified report on the presence of members of the Ukrainian armed forces within the geographic boundaries of the United States during and after fiscal year 2022. Such report shall also include the following information: The total number of Ukrainian service members trained, including pilots, disaggregated by fiscal year. The total number of funds expended to furnish goods and services to Ukrainian service members, disaggregated by fiscal year.
The specific goods and services provided to Ukrainian service members by the Department of Defense while in the United States. The outcomes and any evaluation records of Ukrainian service members who completed such training.
