Section 1210A of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(2)— by striking subparagraph (C); and by redesignating subparagraph
(D)as subparagraph (C); in subsection (c)(1), in the first sentence, by striking or nonreimbursable ; and in subsection (g)— by striking and all that follows through use of funds Amounts and inserting ; and use of funds .—Amounts by striking paragraph (2).
