The campus and grounds of the Federal facility located at the Atlantic City International Airport in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, at which the 177th Fighter Wing of the New Jersey Air National Guard is stationed shall be known and designated as the Frank A. LoBiondo National Aerospace Safety and Security Campus . Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the campus and grounds referred to in subsection
(a)shall be deemed to be a reference to the Frank A. LoBiondo National Aerospace Safety and Security Campus .
