Sec. 1066. Report on attempts by illegal aliens to access military installations

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and on an annual basis thereafter, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report that identifies, with respect to the one-year period preceding the date of the report, the number of instances in which an alien not lawfully present in the United States— attempted to enter a military installation in the United States; or gained entry to such an installation.
