Sec. 1047. Prohibition on Department of Defense usage of Tutor.com

The Secretary of Defense shall— cease offering services through Tutor.com not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act; and terminate any business relationships with Tutor.com as soon as legally possible. The Secretary may not enter into any contractual or other relationship with Tutor.com as long as Tutor.com is owned by Primavera Capital Group or any other entity owned or controlled by nationals of the People’s Republic of China.
