Section 1014 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 ( Public Law 110–417 ; 122 Stat. 4585), as most recently amended by section 1028 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 ( Public Law 116–283 ; 134 Stat. 3388), is further amended— in subsection (b), by striking September 30, 2025 and inserting September 30, 2030 ; and by striking subsection (c).
