Subchapter II of chapter 138 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new section: Within amounts authorized by law for such purpose during the 10-year period following the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025, the Secretary of Defense may contribute to the NATO Innovation Fund a total amount of no more than $200,000,000. In this section: The term NATO means the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. The term NATO Innovation Fund means the multi-sovereign, investment venture capital fund of NATO that provides secure investment in dual-use, high-impact technology. .
