Section 8090 of title 10, United States Code, is amended, in subsection (a)— in paragraph (4), by striking and ; by redesignating paragraph
(5)as paragraph (9); and by inserting, after paragraph (4), the following new paragraphs: the Supply Corps; the Civil Engineer Corps; the Nurse Corps; the Medical Service Corps; and . Such section is further amended, in subsection (b)(1), by striking Medical Corps, the Dental Corps, the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, and the Chaplain Corps and inserting staff corps specified in subsection
(a).
