Section 883 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( 10 U.S.C. 4291 note prec.) is amended— in subsection (b)— by striking paragraph (2); and by striking through Contracts .— Any storage and inserting ; and Contracts .—Any storage in subsection (g), by striking pilot program and all that follows through of this Act and inserting the following: program shall expire on December 31, 2039 . Such section is further amended— in the section heading, by striking ; Pilot in subsection (a), by striking eight-year pilot ; and in subsections (b), (d), (e), and

(f)by striking pilot each place it appears. Such section is further amended— in the section heading, by striking ; Weapon systems in subsection (a), by striking for the production, modification, maintenance, or repair of a weapon system that is ; and in subsection (c), by striking described in subsection
