(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 ( Public Law 116–283 ; 134 Stat. 3769; 10 U.S.C. 4811 note) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (B), by inserting after United States the following: , including processing of strategic and critical materials from recycled and reused minerals and metals, ; and in subparagraph (C), by inserting , including from recycled and reused minerals and metals, after critical materials ; and in paragraph (2)— by redesignating subparagraph
(D)as subparagraph (E); in subparagraph (C), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; and by inserting after subparagraph
(C)the following new subparagraph: the development of sources of supply for strategic and critical materials derived from recycled and reused minerals and metals; and .
