Sec. 538. Improving oversight of military recruitment practices in public secondary schools

The Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees an annual report on military recruitment practices in public secondary schools during calendar year 2024 and each subsequent calendar year. Each such report shall include, for the year covered by the report— the zip codes of public secondary schools visited by military recruiters; the number of recruits from public secondary schools by zip code and local education agency; and a demographic analysis, including race, ethnicity, and gender, of recruits from public secondary schools by zip code.
