Subsection
(c)of section 2106 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking August 1, 1979, as a member of the Selected Reserve and inserting an em dash; and by adding at the end the following new paragraphs: August 1, 1979, as a member of the Selected Reserve; or the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025, regardless of the component in which the officer performed such enlisted service. .
