Section 402b of title 37, United States Code, is amended, in subsection (b)(2)— in subparagraph (A)— by striking ;
(A)by striking 150 percent and inserting 200 percent ; and by striking ; or and inserting ; and ; and by striking subparagraph (B). Such section is further amended, in subsection (c)(1)(A), by striking 150 percent (or, in the case of a member described in subsection (b)(2)(B), 200 percent) and inserting 200 percent .
